cross-functional teaming, managing change, and continuous improvements. The Under Secretary of Defense directed immediate
implementation the recommendations and established the DoD
Change
Management
Center
to implement further best practices on an ongoing basis.

Consulting develops and facilitates functionally integrated,

Based Services Acquisition. Over
the past three years, the Sterling Heritage Consulting team has led more than
eight hundred DoD personnel through functionally integrated, team-based, PBSA
Action Workshops.
